1. Registration

ii. National ID Number (NIDA Number)


iii. Email Address

ii. Click on “Not Registered? Click here to register.”


iii. Fill out the registration form with the required information.

iii. Applying for Leave: Employees can submit leave requests through the ESS Utumishi platform, streamlining the process and reducing paperwork.


iv. Transfer Request. Employee may request to move from one working station to another. It may be Normal transfer request or exchange transfer from on working station to another.


v. Loan Request. An employee may request for a loan from any bank of his/her choice and get loan instantly. Also you can view the amount of loan you have as an employee


vi. PEPMIS. In PEPMIS the employee is able to present his/her daily activities, plan what to do annually, updating goals, see assessment results, submitting daily activities etc.
