Entry Requirements:
Candidates wishing to be enrolled to pursue either A BASIC TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE or TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE or ORDINARY DIPLOMA in Community Development program have to fulfill the general minimum entrance requirements specific to each academic program as stipulated here-under:-
Minimum Entry Qualifications for Basic Technician Certificate in Community Development (NTA LEVEL4) Program:
Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with a minimum average pass of D grade in FOUR subjects except religious subjects
Minimum Entry Qualifications for Technician Certificate in Community Development (NTA LEVEL 5) Program:
Should be a holder of A Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Community Development or other relevant field of not less than PASS class obtained from a college or institute which is fully registered and accredited by National Council For Technical Education (NACTE). O R
Should have at least One principal and One Subsidiary passes in the A.C.S.E.E. as based on the National Examination Council of Tanzania grades (Note: Principal level passes in Divinity/Islamic Knowledge are not counted).
Minimum Entry Qualifications for Ordinary Diploma in Community Development (NTA LEVEL6) Program:
Entry requirements for Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Community Development are NTA Level 5 in Community Development or its equivalent of not less than PASS class obtained from a college or institute which is fully registered by NACTE.

Complete filled application forms, Copies of certificate(s) for Secondary school education form IV and/or form VI; copies of Basic Technician Certificates and academic transcripts, Technician Certificates and academic transcripts ,copy of birth certificate; recent passport size and an original pay in slip of a non-refundable
Application and Verification fee of TSH. 10,000/-.
