The Higher Education Student Loans Board (HESLB) has officially launched a digital system that enables the employer to submit deductions and list of beneficiaries-employees online from anywhere.
The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) is a body corporate established under Act No.9 of 2004 (as amended in 2007, 2014 and 2016) with the objective of assisting needy and eligible Tanzania students to access loans and grants for higher education.

Some students or University Learner apply for as they sponsored 50% of Loans at the beginning but as time goes the Board provide to them additional loans while the have already payed thus why graduates of university required to refund their money exceed beyond payment.

STEPS FOR REFUND APPLICATION
In order to complete application for Refund few steps should followed as follows:
FILLING REFUND APPLICATION FORM
Like other online application system also application for Refund require to fill applicant to fill some basic information such as personal details, Educational detail, Employment details,Refund categories,Bank Detail and lastly is to preview and submit application form.
1. PERSON DETAILS
This is first section which require an applicant for Refund to fill ID NUmber,Email address,Mobile Phone,Postal address, Region, District,Ward and Village.After filling those information next stage to second stage which require to fill educational Details.
2. EDUCATION DETAIL
The second stage after fill personal details the next stage required an applicant for Refund to fill all educational Details including Registration number
3. REFUND CATEGORY
The next stage for Refund application require an applicant to fill category no more details to fill under this stage but only category for Refund application.
4. BANK DETAILS
At this stage applicant for Refund application should fill Bank details including Bank Name and Account User name and Account number.
5. PREVIEW AND SUBMIT
This is last stage for Refund application where by applicant review all details filled if all detail found to be complete submit the form to Higher Students Loans Board (HESLB) to wait for Refund.

In order to complete application for Refund few steps should followed as follows:-
1. Sign up on OLAMS to have HESLB Account
2. Sign in HESLB account by filling your personal credential including username and password used during application.
3. Navigate to refund button.
5. Click apply for Refund.
6. After complete the first steps then start to fill application form for Refund.
