Mzumbe University invites applications from qualified Tanzanians and non-Tanzanians for admission into various Certificate and Diploma
programmes offered by the University for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The university offers eight (8) Certificate Programmes and seven (7) Diploma Programmes.
Three (3) of the seven (7) Diploma
Programmes are offered at the Main Campus (MU) in Morogoro, while four (4) are offered in Mbeya Campus College (MCC).
The Main
Campus in Morogoro also offers six (6) Certificate Programmes, whereas Mbeya Campus College offers two (2).
It should be noted that,
as shown in the table, programmes beginning with MU code are offered at the Main Campus, whereas programmes beginning with MMB
code are offered in Mbeya Campus College.
Mode of Application:
i. You should open the link: https://admission.mzumbe.ac.tz/ and follow carefully the steps in the online application system. Before
you go to the online application system, make sure you have an active email address and a valid mobile phone number.
ii. Before proceeding with application, please read carefully the programme entry requirements in parts A, B and C of this application
advertisement.

iii. Note that applications with Foreign Secondary Certificates must be accompanied by the National Examination Council of Tanzania
(NECTA) equivalence translations while those with Foreign Academic Certificates (Certificate or Diploma Qualifications) must be
accompanied by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) equivalence translations.
iv. Please, make payment of a non-refundable application Fee of TZS 10,000/= by following payment procedures after completing
steps 1 and 2 in the Online Application and Admission System (admission@mzumbe.ac.tz)
v. The deadline for the first-round applications is 01 July, 2024. Successful applicants will be notified through their system user
accounts, email addresses and SMS through mobile phone number used during the application process. Please make sure you
keep your admission account login credentials (username and password) and visit the account regularly.
