What is ESS - PEPMIS Utumishi?
Developed by the President’s Office-Public Service Management and Good Governance (PSMGG) of Tanzania, ESS Utumishi is an online platform designed specifically for public servants.
It empowers them to manage their employment information and access crucial work-related details conveniently.
Steps to follow:
1. Login to your ESS - Utumishi Account by Entering your username and Password then Click Log in
NB: Make Sure You have internet devices like Computer, Tablet, Mobile Smart Phone and It has been connected with Internet And Have Internet Browsers Such as Chrome, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Operamini, UC Browser, Sfari etc.
- 2. Select PEPMIS Box – PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

- 3. Click On the Profile ICON at the Right Top corner of your PEPMIS Window
- 4. Click On the Profile to view whether you have been promoted
- 5. Check On the Designation If have changed From The Previous You Know
Finally, If Changed, Relax Wait for The New Salary. Thank You
